2. Refund Policy

   We do not offer refunds once a service has been completed. Instead, if you are not satisfied with the service provided, we will gladly offer a free re-service to ensure your complete satisfaction.

3. Free Service Guarantee

   If you are unhappy with the quality of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the service completion. Our team will schedule a free re-cleaning at your convenience to address the issues.

4. Cancellation Policy

   • Cancellations made 12 hours or more before the scheduled service time will not incur any charges.
   • If you cancel less than 12 hours before the service, a cancellation fee may apply.
   • Missed appointments or cancellations after our team has arrived may result in a 50% service fee.
